Mission Control University is an 8-week web-based program, supported by in-person calls, and, meetings and webinars. Designed for leaders of small-medium sized organizations or program managers in larger programs, the program is for those want support but can not invest the time and resources of a full-blown consulting engagement.

Participants must be CEOs, Executive Directors, board directors or program leaders from foundations, social enterprises, nonprofits or government.

Course fees include 16 hours of instruction, 20 copies of Mission Control (the book) for your top team, weekly one-on-one calls with Liana Downey and four hours of access to our team of analysts and production staff to help you develop a simple, clear fact pack for use with funders, board, staff, clients and other stakeholders.
